We have been building widely adopted education programmes in the UK for the last 6 years, and our team needs diverse and exacting thinkers to create products that will help continue our rapid expansion as well as see those products through from their inception to the final, revenue-generating result.
Value of the Role
Medics Academy is looking for Junior Programmes Executives and Programmes Executives to join the Programmes Team at Medics Academy. As a Junior Programmes Executive or Programmes Executive, you will work closely with clinicians and non-clinicians within each programme in order to successfully and effectively initiate, plan, strategise, oversee, and ensure the closure of a project.
Responsibilities and Expectations
- Collaborate with the team to develop and manage medical education courses and programmes.
- Coordinate projects, manage project teams, and evaluate progress against key milestones and performance indicators.
- Regularly report to management and key stakeholders on project status and outcomes.
- Schedule and support live teaching sessions, offering assistance to tutors and students.
- Provide administrative support, including roles such as project management assistance, coordination, and scheduling.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business or Business Administration, Management.
Experience:
Minimum of 1-2 years of working experience in supporting roles, such as administrator, project management assistant, coordinator, or scheduling positions.
Skills and Abilities:

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work individually and as part of a team.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.

Desirable Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello and Miro.
- Experience with virtual communication platforms like Zoom and Slack.
- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, specifically Hubspot.
- Proficiency in office software, including Google Suite.
- Familiarity with social media platforms.
