Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
  2. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or requests in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue potential.
  4. Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and present new product or service offerings.
  5. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategic account plans and sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  6. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned accounts, including expanding into new divisions or departments.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to effectively position and differentiate the company's products or services.
  8. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients, outlining the value proposition and benefits of the company's offerings.
  9. Coordinate with internal teams, such as marketing, customer support, and product development, to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
  10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and revenue forecasts in the CRM system.
  11. Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and objectives.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  2. Proven experience as a Sales Account Manager or in a similar sales role.
  3. Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
  5. Ability to understand and articulate complex product or service offerings to clients.
  6. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  7. Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  8. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  9. Willingness to travel to meet with clients as needed.
