Role Overview:

As an IT Recruiting Senior Consultant, you will be resoponsible for identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier digital talent for our clients. With a focus on technical recruitment, you will ensure the delivery of top-quality candidates to meet our clients' unique needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Candidate sourcing and attraction: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to identify and engage with qualified candidates with technical expertise.
  • Candidate evaluation and assessment: Conduct thorough candidate evaluations, including resume screening, and behavioral interviews to ensure the best fit for client requirements.
  • Relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, acting as their main point of contact throughout the recruitment process, providing regular updates, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Data-driven approach: Utilize recruitment metrics and analysis to track and report on the effectiveness and efficiency of recruitment strategies, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Recruitment Marketing and branding.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in tech recruitment.
  • Proven track record of successfully identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier technical professionals.
  • Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools, including job boards, social media platforms, applicant tracking systems, and recruitment software.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates, clients, and team members.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
