Digital Talent MENA is looking for a Senior Business Analyst for one of our Clients.

Our Client is a global business transformation company specializing in intelligent automation in the USA, UK, UAE, KSA, and Egypt.

Responsibilities:

• Excellent analytical skills and a passion for detail – the candidate must demonstrate an ability to logically divide up a problem, and identify and resolve contradictions and ambiguities.
• Liaise among diverse stakeholders to drive requirements gathering and analysis, and user acceptance process for new and existing systems.
• Produce clear, concise, and unambiguous facts critical to successful product delivery, including business requirement documents, functional specifications including use cases and models, UAT Plan and Test Scripts, and estimates.
• Guide the design, development, and documentation of system process workflows and various implementation activities that deliver business solutions required of the business.
• Utilize prototyping tools and techniques to facilitate the development of graphical user interfaces and applications.
• Promote proactive and positive interaction and communication between business and development teams, including resolving requirements ambiguity or conflict and helping drive projects forward.
• Support and align efforts to meet customer and business needs.
• Stay current with Business needs and strategies; utilizing formal and informal written communication methods (for example, emails, PowerPoint presentations, executive updates, task lists, etc.) to communicate updates and findings.
• Collaborate closely with developers to implement the requirements, and provide necessary guidance to testers during the QA process – when needed.
• Elicit and document business and systems requirements.
• Serve as a liaison between Operations and IT to assist or gather business requirements needed for system modifications, enhancement, and implementations.
• Meet with the project team regularly to review project deliverables and deadlines, especially for Business Analysis Stage.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in relevant major.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Worked on Waterfall, Agile software development environment.
• Experience in Banking Products and Services (Retail/Corporate/Digital/Treasury/Open Banking).
• Experience in Core banking applications (T24).
• Experience in the Accounting Cycle.
• Experience in Payment Systems.
• Experience in Digital Banking Channels (Internet Banking/Mobile Banking/ATMs etc.).
• Experience in Integration systems.
• Experience in Reporting modules.
