Digital Talent MENA is hiring the role Digital Transformation Director for one of our Clients.

Our client is one of the leading international developers specializing in vibrant, integrated communities in Europe, the Middle East, and North Africa.

As a Digital Transformation Director, you will:

• Drive continuous execution of the current IT strategy and contributes to the future strategy.

• Ensure alignment of strategic IT initiatives with demands of the business

• Develop the next wave of projects aimed at transforming the business.

• Prioritize the execution of projects to leverage digital assets and resources.

• Identify process inefficiencies that could benefit from Digital Transformation using existing or new technologies.

• Analyze resources utilization (across teams) and develop strategies to optimize execution performance.

• Act as a central point of contact between the organizational management teams in the destinations/Bus to continue a permanent digital transformation path.

• Tackle the emerging digital needs of the business.

• Provide guidance to the business on short and medium digital priorities leveraging existing and future systems.

• Have significant expertise in Enterprise systems and their integration.

• Identify business value from the different data repositories.

• Monitor performance transformational projects and ensure it consistently meets business expectations.

• Help unblock organizational/budgetary challenges.

• Continuously analyze current processes and technologies to identify areas of improvement.

• Ensure that all the data, network access and systems remain secure and protected in the new initiatives.

• Ensure cost-effectiveness of IT processes, tools, and vendors

• Construct and implement plans to manage the increased demands on IT Services

• Assess products and services in the marketplace to help the Digital Transformation initiatives.

• Experience managing multi-functional teams.

• Design and develop operating policies and procedures for existing and future systems.

Requirements:

• A minimum of a BA or BS degree in related fields (a postgraduate degree is a plus).

• Professional certifications in relevant skillsets.

• Significant experience in multinational companies (experience in real estate is a plus).

• Demonstrated strategic planning & thinking capabilities.

• Strong ability to communicate with all levels inside and outside the organization.

• Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.

• Demonstrated leadership and ability to manage teams and major projects or initiatives.

• Executive communication experience.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style.

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for short durations.

• Excellent problem-solving skills.

• References of previous experience in a similar role.
